Congratulations on choosing a Catholic education! Our application process has been streamlined to encompass all of the necessary information into one application form. The FACTS application will ask you to submit contact information, a records release from you current school, family financial information (tax returns and W-2s are used to determine financial aid), and the application fee. Supporting documents can be uploaded and attached directly to the application form or they can be faxed to 866-315-9264.
After the application is submitted, please allow at least two weeks for the application to be reviewed and verified. Students who are accepted for admission to Geibel Catholic will be notified by a formal letter. Our Guidance department will also contact parent(s)/ students to discuss class enrollment and scheduling placement exams.
FACTS Application
All potential Geibel Families begin with the FACTS Application.
If your student is transferring from another Diocese Of Greensburg Catholic School, you will need to change the school to Geibel Catholic for each child you wish to enroll at Geibel Catholic.
Step 1: Complete the online application.
Step 2: Submit your Federal Form 1040 Income Tax Return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income to FACTS. You can upload documents by logging into your FACTS online account or fax them to 866-315-9264. Draft or Preview Copy of tax documents will not be accepted.
