Geibel Catholic Varisty Athletics

All students participating in at least one athletic or club sport are required to complete a PIAA Sports Physical form. Please schedule an appointment for a physical with your family physician. For a copy of ALL required forms, please print the PIAA file below. A registration form and registration fee is required for each sport.
