Yearbook Forms
All yearbook order forms will run through Final Forms. Parents/Guardians are asked to fill out the yearbook form REGARDLESS if a yearbook is ordered or not. (Note: Online ordering with not be available this year.)
Yearbook week will be August 25-29. We ask that all yearbook forms on Final Forms be completed by the end of that week. Orders will be placed based upon this information, and no orders will be accepted after this time.
A check for $35.00, made payable to “Geibel Catholic Junior-Senior High School” should be sent to Geibel Catholic’s Main Office after the Final Forms document is completed.
