Throughout the school year, there are a few opportunities for students to attend school dances. For safety and emergency information, ALL dance attendees must fill out permission forms. This includes Geibel students, parent information, and guests from other schools. Forms must be completed in order to purchase dance tickets. There are 4 forms included in each PDF packet.

- Form 2: Parent/ Guardian Consent
- Forms for Geibel Guests (Senior High only)

- OR Form 4: Guests who attend Cyber or are Homeschooled

Senior High Crystal Ball
The Crystal Ball for Senior High Students (Grades 9-12) will be held on December 20th, 2024 from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm at The Aaron’s Building in Connellsville. Tickets are $25 each. All permission forms and monies are due to Ms. Smith or Mr. Procko by December 16th.
