During the week of October 21st, we will be showing our school spirit in a series of friendly class competitions and theme days. Our week will conclude with a Pep Rally for our Fall Sports scholar-athletes and our Homecoming Court.
Class Competition – Show us which class has the most school Spirit! Students can earn their class points through participation and contests all week. The most spirited class earns a dress down day on October 28th and a sweet treat!
Class competitions include participation in the themed-dress out days. Attire must meet the theme of the day and still follow the Student Dress Code, found in the Student/Parent Handbook.
Monday | Country Camo or Country Western? – Wear your best country-themed attire! |
Tuesday | Minions vs. Villains – Are you Team Minion or Team Villain? Dress up like the crazy little yellow crew or your favorite cartoon villain |
Wednesday | Hair-raising Hijinks! – Regular Uniform day, but add a crazy hair style or your favorite hat for the day. |
Thursday | Red for Red Ribbon Week – Regular Uniform day, but bring the RED – Red socks, red bandana, red bracelet, etc. |

The Return of Penny Wars! – From Monday through Thursday, coins will be collected for the St. Vincent de Paul fund. Your class accumulates points with each penny in the class jar. Watch out for the silver coins – they will drop your point total by their face value.
Gator Spirit Door Decorating Contest -“The Roaring 20’s – Party Like Gatsby” Theme. Each homeroom will decorate the door of their homeroom teacher for Homecoming Week! The door(s) showing the most/best Gator School Spirit will be declared by our panel of judges during the Pep Rally. Doors must be finished by Wednesday afternoon.
