Our Case Statement
More than a high school; More than a Catholic school; Geibel Catholic is a Way of Life.
Since its beginning in 1964, Geibel Catholic has been recognized for a rigorous and demanding curriculum within a Christ-centered learning environment. This combination of faith and knowledge has enabled our graduates to compete successfully in colleges and universities throughout the nation and to lead wholesome, moral lives with a return to service in their communities and to the church itself.
When one considers the pace of change in today’s ever-changing world, it is important for Geibel Catholic to continue to meet the demands of the new realities that our students will face in the 21st century. It is now possible for our students to complete one year of college while still in high school. Indeed, our high school campus is now a college campus as well. Sustained instructional improvement is paramount as we advance our curriculum to meet the needs of our time.
In addition, our Catholic identity is more important than ever before. In a world where secular culture often assaults morality and decency, Geibel Catholic remains a citadel of Catholic values — a school where discipline and morality shape the character of our students; a school where all can live our faith and receive the sacraments; a school where students find the inspiration to provide service to those in need and to seek social justice for all.
To remain so strong, we need the spiritual and financial support of thousands of our alumni and friends. America needs Geibel Catholic Junior-Senior High School more now, perhaps, than ever before.
